Extended Services

Due to administration and staffing changes, we are not accepting any more applications until further notice.

 

 

If you would like to request a place at breakfast or teatime club, please complete the form below. Our extended services lead will process the request. If your child is given a place, you will receive a confirmation email with details on how to make payment and the days you require.

 

How to book breakfast/teatime club

  • Login in to your Arbor Parent Portal
  • Activities > Clubs 
  • You will find a list of clubs your child 'is registered for' and clubs your child 'can register for'
  • Select breakfast/teatime club and click register

Can I pay with childcare vouchers 

Yes, please send evidence of the vouchers to both

If I have an issue at the breakfast/teatime club

  • Please send an email to extendedservices@woodside-academy.org

Drop off locations for breakfast club

Forest Site 

  • Parents should use the Wood street gate, which is opposite Tesco
  • Parents will be allowed to use this gate from 7.30am

Bridge Site 

  • Parents can enter using the Barret road gate
  • Children must be taken to the blue building (dining hall)
  • Parents will be allowed to use these gates from 7.30am

I missed the booking deadline/have an emergency

We do not offer an ad-hoc service

Pick up locations for teatime club

Forest site

  • Parents should use the Wood street gate, which is opposite Tesco
  • Parents will be allowed to use this gate from 3.45pm

Bridge site 

  • Parents can enter using the Barret road gate.
  • Children must be collected from the blue building (dining hall).
  • Parent will be allowed to use these gates from 4.00pm

I need to change my booking

  • We do not allow changes for the current week
  • Future bookings can be amended through the Arbor parent portal
  • If it is an emergency please contact extendedservices@woodside-academy.org

Can my child walk home alone from teatime club

  • We do not allow pupils to walk home alone from teatime club
